We want you to know that we appreciate the stress and amount of effort and hustle that is required of you when working on a catastrophe, e.g. last year’s hail storm from April 9th, 2011.  We as adjusters work only half days (12 hours or more, 7 days a week! ).  As you may have read, or heard, GHC Professional Roofing got started because of CAT Adjusting.  The founder of GHC Professional Roofing, Jeff Church, got started with this roofing company in the wake of 2005’s heavily active hurricane season (Katrina, Rita, & Wilma).  As a rookie CAT Adjuster depending on another hurricane to strike for income, the options were becoming limited.  As it turned out there was a major hail event in Lincoln County on Mother’s Day, 2006 which was the catalyst for the birth of GHC Professional Roofing – the rest is history. 

At any rate, all this to say – We have an insider’s point of view when it comes to adjusting. We are here primarily to report the truth. The truth coming from the contractor helps you as the professional adjuster perform your job better; the truth also helps our mutual client(s) and means that they are receiving great customer service. 

It is our privilege and honor to provide our colleagues – the adjuster professionals - impromptu and often, free-of- charge, steep & high ladder assistance – just call anytime – we are ever ready to access up to three stories (40’ as well as 32’ ladders on Chief inspector’s truck at all times).  We also keep Cougar Paws  boots with fresh replacement pads, as well foam cushions (safety & traction for steep climbing), and rope & harness on our trucks for traversing those extra-steep slopes 12/12 pitch and up.  We always employ the essential standards developed by Haag Engineering when performing the scope and/or investigation of a roof system.  We are here to help and can’t wait to meet you!
