Each one of our projects, excluding: full roof replacement with 3-tab asphalt shingles (5 yr transferrable one time), repairs (1 yr specific transferrable one time), or seamless aluminum gutters (5 yr transferrable/gutters only) comes with a 10yr limited Craftsmanship Guarantee.  What that means to you is that no matter if you’re replacing your roof with Architectural shingles or Luxury roofing products, replacing your windows, siding, or copper seamless gutters, you may have the peace-of-mind to know that from the very start we are dedicated to installing these products properly according to manufacturer standards and stand behind our work for 10 full years.

Since 2006 we have served our vast community with trust and high quality standards.  If you have to call us back out after your project is complete you can count on us to respond as quickly as possible and resolve your issue in a courteous fashion.  We believe that your inconvenience, although unfortunate, is our chance to really shine again for you.  GHC Professional Roofing has completed hundreds and hundreds of roofing and other exterior home-improvement projects over the years. We have counted it as an opportunity when we are called on to return to those very few folks who have experienced minor issues during their warranty period(s).  We are human and can accept fault.  Because of this we have absolutely zero complaints with the BBB and proudly maintain an “A” rating there.  We also maintain a 5-star rating with Google, and excellent ratings with “Angie’s List”.

Manufacturer Warranties:

The great thing about working with GHC Professional Roofing is that we are certified by the very best in asphalt shingle, composite slate, and real slate roofing products.  The advantage to you is that for just a little added investment we will install a congruous (all the same manufacturer’s products) real Roof System that will provide the utmost integrity with no gimmicks or hidden language and absolutely no prorating on your products for 25 full years.  What this means to you is if the manufacturer did something wrong, that company will be willing and able to pay for a whole new roof system including: all accessories, shingles, labor and disposal.  What that really means to you is security and peace-of-mind.  You’re investing in two companies, the installation company and the manufacturer.
